We are looking for an experienced, dependable Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to troubleshoot plumbing problems, and is comfortable working directly with customers.

The right candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of completing service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, water pressure issues, fixture problems, and other plumbing concerns
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, valves, piping, and other plumbing components
• Install and service water heaters and related equipment
• Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Complete assigned service calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job details
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety requirements
• Provide excellent customer service from arrival through completion of the job
• Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, job status, materials, and follow-up work

Qualifications

• Previous professional plumbing/service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and common plumbing repairs
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to safely use plumbing tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined areas
• Plumbing license or applicable certifications are a plus, where required

Schedule

Full-Time

Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, with additional hours or on-call availability as required based on customer and business needs.

Compensation

Pay: $22 – $28 per hour

Compensation will be based on plumbing experience, technical ability, licensing/certifications, and overall qualifications.
