Plumber Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and related trade skills. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks as required for complex plumbing installations
• Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing components
• Use heavy lifting techniques safely to move materials and equipment on-site
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing, HVAC, and related systems
• Follow construction plans and schematics to ensure precise installation of piping and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, and remodeling processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various construction environments
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
• Construction site experience is preferred; familiarity with carpentry or maintenance person work is a plus
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site access as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
