Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites while adhering to all local driving regulations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs accurately.
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages efficiently.
• Track all customers, estimates and payments through the ServiceTitan system.
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing or carpentry projects as needed on construction sites or during renovation projects.
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, construction site experience, welding, HVAC integration, and the use of construction plumbing materials.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining work processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects.
• Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, water systems maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and safety standards.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools, hand tools, HVAC units, and company vehicles responsibly.
• Mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations.
• Construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or assembly projects is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; must be comfortable with commercial driving regulations.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards; comfort working at heights or in confined spaces is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $38.00 per hour
