The Role
We’re hiring a Service Plumber to handle mostly residential service calls. You’ll work independently in the field, diagnose problems, and leave customers with a fix they trust.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks on supply and drain lines
• Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Clear minor drain clogs
• Repair and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and shut-off valves
• Explain the problem, options, and pricing clearly to homeowners
• Keep your work area clean and treat customers’ homes with respect
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Complete accurate paperwork and job documentation
• Work with the team and pitch in when a teammate needs a hand

Required Experience

• Washington 01 (Journey Level) or 02 (Residential Specialty) plumber certification, or
• A 3rd or 4th year apprentice with at least 1 year of experience running residential service calls on your own
• Solid troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces

Pay
Compensation is based on experience and certification level (01, 02, or apprentice)

Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
