Plumber Trade Worker Department: Field Operations Location: DFW, TX | On-Site Role Type: Full-Time

About Our Client Our client is a leading mechanical contractor serving the Dallas, Austin, and Houston markets, with decades of experience delivering commercial, industrial, and service & maintenance solutions across Texas. Recognized by ENR as one of the Top 600 specialty contractors in the nation and a recipient of the ABC Top Performers award, the company has built its reputation on a simple but powerful foundation: strong partnerships, uncompromising performance, and doing the right thing. They specialize in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients, taking on everything from new construction to complex renovation and ongoing maintenance. Guided by core values of safety, reliability, and customer-first thinking, this is a company where the people are as important as the projects — and where every team member is part of what they call "Polk Nation."

Job Description The Plumber Trade Worker will serve as a key contributor on active commercial construction jobsites, supporting licensed plumbers, foremen, and superintendents in the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems. This is a hands-on, field-based role where every day brings new challenges and real opportunities to develop your craft. You will work on a diverse mix of projects ranging from small tenant finish-outs to large-scale commercial developments, gaining experience across a wide variety of plumbing systems and jobsite environments.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with field leadership to meet production schedules, maintain quality standards, and uphold a safe working environment. Your contributions will directly impact project timelines and customer satisfaction, making this a position where your work truly matters. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to continue developing their skills within the plumbing trade alongside an experienced and supportive team.

This role exists to support our client's growing project pipeline and ensure field teams are properly staffed with skilled, motivated tradespeople. If you're looking for more than just a paycheck — if you want a team that invests in your growth, cares about your success, and gives you the opportunity to build a meaningful career in the trades — this is the opportunity for you.
