We're a growing plumbing and heating company based in Weston-super-Mare, covering North Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Heat Excel team, you'll be carrying out a variety of plumbing work, including:

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Installing and replacing radiators
• Tap repairs and replacements
• Toilet repairs and installations
• Bathroom installations and refurbishments
• Diagnosing and repairing water leaks
• Installing and maintaining hot and cold water systems
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Completing job reports and updating our digital job management system
• Providing excellent customer service on every visit

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in plumbing
• Good knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High standards of workmanship
• Own hand tools
• Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable but Not Essential:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
• Experience with bathroom installations
• Experience in heating systems
• Gas Safe qualifications
• Experience using digital job management systems
