Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Carry out assigned technical or trade-related duties professionally and efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and use tools, machinery, and equipment correctly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project management.
• Complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Report equipment faults, material shortages, safety concerns, or other problems promptly.
• Prevent unnecessary damage, wastage, or misuse of company materials and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Comply with company policies, site rules, and health and safety requirements.
• Properly care for tools, equipment, and other company property.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other duties related to their trade or assignment as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
• Relevant technical training, trade certification, or demonstrated practical experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven practical ability in the relevant trade.
• Experience working on construction sites, farms, industrial facilities, mining sites, or similar project environments will be an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to work in field and remote locations.
