Plumbing & Drainage Assistant Project Engineer

Founded in 1961, we are an established Plumbing & Drainage engineering and contracting firm, over our history we have completed numerous prestigious projects of all scale. 

• project planning and management in accordance with technical specifications of contract
• manage progress of project to meet main program and milestone
• have strong mindset of managing costs in project running
• site supervision and mangement of sub-contractors
• good communication skills with Clients, Main Contractors, Consultants and Sub-Contractors
• preparation of shop drawings, CSD coordination, work program & schedule, material & equipment submission

• 5 and a half day week with alternate Saturday off

• remuneration to commensurate with experience and qualifications

Requirements

• QF4, Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline
• 5 years relevant experience, Licensed Plumber LP a big plus
• candidates with more experience will be considered for Project Engineer
• forward thinking in managing risks and problem solving
• proficient in AutoCAD, BIM a big plus
• good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• good interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
