About us

Kent Heating is a growing company based in Kent. With a busy workload and continued year-on-year growth, we’re looking for an experienced Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our team.

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled engineer who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work and delivers excellent customer service.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Domestic gas servicing.
• Boiler breakdowns, fault finding and repairs.
• Work on unvented hot water cylinders.
• General plumbing, maintenance and repairs.
• Heating system maintenance and repairs.

Experience with renewable heating systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.

What we’re looking for

• Gas Safe registration.
• Experience in domestic heating and plumbing.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently.
• A reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to take part in a 1-in-5 call-out rota.

• £47,500–£60,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
