Plumbing BIM Modeler

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Create detailed BIM models using Revit software for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate coordination of designs and resolve conflicts between different systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Provide technical support to clients during the construction phase by resolving issues related to design intent.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in BIM modeling or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with expertise in creating complex building models.
• Strong understanding of architecture, engineering principles, MEP systems, and construction methods.
