Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Plumber / Plumbing Technician to join our site execution team for ongoing villa, fit-out, landscaping, swimming pool, and construction projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing plumbing installations, piping works, testing, and project delivery according to approved drawings, technical standards, and project timelines.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Installation & Project Execution

• Install complete plumbing systems for residential, commercial, villa, and fit-out projects.
• Execute water supply, drainage, and sanitary system installations.
• Carry out pipe laying, routing, fixing, and plumbing connections.
• Install plumbing fixtures, sanitary fittings, pumps, tanks, and accessories.
• Perform rough-in and final plumbing installation works.

Site Operations

• Read and follow MEP drawings, shop drawings, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams.
• Ensure work is completed within project schedules.
• Maintain productivity and workmanship standards on site.

Testing & Quality Control

• Conduct pressure testing and inspection of installed systems.
• Rectify installation issues and ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Verify completed works before handover.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow site HSE requirements and safe working procedures.
• Ensure plumbing activities comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of plumbing experience in project execution.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience in villas, fit-out, MEP, landscaping, or swimming pool projects.
• Knowledge of plumbing materials, systems, and installation methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
