Plumbing Operations & Office Manager

About the role

Complete Flow Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Operations & Office Manager to own office operations, deliver great customer experience and help the company grow. This role encompasses customer service, operations coordination, brand management, and financial administration for a fast-growing residential plumbing company.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, respond to enquiries and book jobs promptly
• Keep plumbers busy and the sales team booked with qualified quoting appointments
• Confirm appointments, follow up missed calls and outstanding quotes
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, return visits and job requirements
• Ensure plumbers complete job notes, photos and checklists in ServiceM8
• Track every job, solve daily issues and keep the team accountable
• Follow up completed jobs, check customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Ask customers for genuine Google reviews and track requests
• Issue invoices and follow up deposits, progress payments and overdue accounts
• Keep customer records and job statuses accurate; report daily on bookings, reviews and payments

About you

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or similar trade services
• Strong dispatch and customer service skills
• Confident with ServiceM8 or similar software
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
