Forge Strategies is partnering with an established commercial contractor in Fort Myers to hire an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing a large commercial plumbing operation. We're looking for someone who knows the plumbing side of the business but, just as importantly, knows how to lead people, develop teams, and communicate effectively with customers and company leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Lead plumbing field operations across multiple commercial projects

• Manage and develop Superintendents and field leadership

• Oversee manpower planning, productivity, quality, and project execution

• Work closely with Project Managers, estimating, and other trade leaders

• Help recruit, train, mentor, and develop field personnel

• Monitor departmental performance and profitability

• Build strong relationships with customers, project owners, and internal teams

• Help drive continued growth of the plumbing operation

What We're Looking For:

• Strong commercial plumbing background

• Master Plumbing license

• Experience leading Superintendents and large field teams

• Experience with large, complex commercial projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams

• Healthcare experience is a plus, but large projects such as data centers, schools, higher education, and other complex commercial work will be considered

Compensation:

• $140K–$180K base

• Bonus opportunity with $200K+, total earning potential
