Plumbing Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee complex plumbing infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Position Summary

The Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to quality standards. The Project Manager coordinates with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability for plumbing projects.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field crews to monitor progress, manpower, and productivity.
• Oversee procurement of plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Lead client meetings, maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Support project commissioning, inspections, and closeout activities.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting in ProCore, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
• Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented work environment between field teams and office staff.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of experience in plumbing construction, including project management or superintendent responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and installation sequencing.
• Experience with cost control, contract administration, and change order management.
• Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
