Job Summary

JVS Plumbing is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and plumbing service business.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on residential and commercial sales leads
• Meet with customers, identify their plumbing needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain services, pricing, and project details
• Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners
• Maintain accurate sales records and consistently meet sales goals
• Coordinate with the JVS Plumbing team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Proven sales track record with measurable results
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, services, and terminology
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Plumbing or home-services sales experience is preferred

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential based on performance. Commission structure and additional incentives will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
