Plumbing Sales Specialist

Duties

• Engage with customers in retail and inside sales environments to understand their plumbing, remodeling, and renovation needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, including fixtures, lighting design, and layout options using tools like SketchUp or CAD software to help clients visualize their projects.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, upselling high-end products, and providing expert advice on remodeling and fixture selections.
• Assist clients with layout design, technical specifications, and product demos to ensure optimal solutions for their projects.

• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and close deals efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the plumbing, construction, or remodeling industries.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting design, interior design principles, and construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing and upselling high-end products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Experience in customer relationship building through inside sales or retail environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
