We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager / Lead Plumber to join a well-established company with a great reputation and a strong commitment to taking care of its customers and employees.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, sharing knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is someone who can help build and develop a great plumbing team while also being willing to step into the field and take a service call from time to time when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and mentor our plumbing service team
• Share your plumbing knowledge and experience with technicians
• Help develop technicians into stronger, more confident plumbers
• Establish and maintain high standards for workmanship and customer service
• Assist technicians with challenging jobs and troubleshooting
• Help ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish
• Occasionally take service calls yourself when needed
• Help create a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment
• Provide guidance on plumbing repairs, installations, diagnostics, and best practices
• Work with ownership/management to continually improve the plumbing department

What We’re Looking For

• Strong residential plumbing experience
• A proven track record as a skilled plumber
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Someone who enjoys teaching and helping others succeed
• Professional, dependable, and willing to lead by example
• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers right

The Position

Full-time or part-time

Pay: $52.00 - $57.00 per hour
