Plumbing Service Technician

Groff's Home Comfort Team is a family owned company of 30+ years located in Willow Street, just south of Lancaster City. We are involved in all mechanical aspects of new home installation, and servicing our communities existing systems. We strive to provide excellent customer service and production in new construction as we continue to grow our company!

We are currently seeking skilled Plumbing Technicians with at least 3-4 years in the Plumbing Service/Installation trade who are excited about growing in their knowledge of the trade, and eager to deliver exceptional production for our customers.

Qualifications to apply:

Technician:

• At least 2-3 years of Plumbing Service/ Install experience
• Posses a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Keeps themselves organized, clean and presentable for customers
• Interested in continuing education opportunities

Job Description:

• Exhibit proficiency in servicing:
• Water treatment
• Troubleshooting and cleaning of plumbing systems and related products (i.e., water heaters, well pumps, jet pumps, grinder pumps, sump pumps, etc.).
• Have working knowledge of electronic wiring diagrams, schematics and architectural/mechanical blueprints
• Communicate in a professional manner with co-employees, subcontractors and customers
