Plumbing Service Technician

PGA, Inc. is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician with a valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems in homes and businesses. In this customer-facing role, you will explain repair options, provide upfront pricing, and work closely with dispatch and fellow technicians to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
• Explain plumbing issues and proposed solutions clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
• Provide upfront pricing for every customer.
• Deliver professional, attentive customer service throughout each service visit.
• Communicate with dispatch and team members throughout the day.
• Maintain organized truck inventory and complete service paperwork.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to continue learning.
• Valid WI drivers license and clean driving record
• Basic hand tools for use on the job.

Compensation

Starting pay of $37$41 per hour, plus unlimited performance incentives (spiffs) and bonus opportunities.
