Position Summary

The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced technician who brings a strong combination of service plumbing, remodeling, and re-pipe experience.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Read and interpret schematics, plumbing layouts, and system designs
• Perform pipe threading and make proper water-supply and drainage connections
• Use plumbing-specific power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to identify and correct potential issues
• Work with other construction professionals to support smooth project completion
• Follow all applicable safety procedures while handling equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free company truck and work area

• Complete plumbing service, remodeling, and re-pipe work accurately and efficiently
• Deliver quality workmanship in residential and commercial environments
• Interpret schematics and complete proper plumbing connections
• Follow safety procedures and use tools appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and workplace
• Work effectively with customers, team members, and other construction professionals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and commercial service plumbing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing remodeling experience
• Experience completing remodels and re-pipes
• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan
• Strong plumbing skills in residential and commercial environments
• Proficiency in pipe threading and reading schematics
• Familiarity with plumbing-specific power tools and hand tools
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and installation calculations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the position
• Clean driving record
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
