Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman

Run the job. Lead the crew. Build your career.

Not every great Site Supervisor already has Site Supervisor on their resume.

You might be an experienced Plumbing Supervisor looking for your next challenge.

Or you might be the plumber everyone already turns to on site — the one organising the crew, solving problems, reading the drawings and making sure the job gets done properly.

If you're ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

At ICG Fleming, we're delivering major commercial plumbing and hydraulic projects across Wagga Wagga and regional NSW.

With a strong pipeline ahead, we're looking for someone who can take ownership on site, lead a good crew and keep projects moving.

The Opportunity

You'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing projects, working closely with our Project Managers and plumbing team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices
• Planning upcoming works and keeping the crew productive
• Coordinating materials, subcontractors and site requirements
• Reading drawings and identifying issues before they become problems
• Maintaining quality and completing project QA
• Working with builders, site managers and other trades
• Keeping works safe, organised and on program
• Developing the next generation of Fleming plumbers

You'll have the support of an experienced Project Manager — we're looking for someone to lead the site, not do five people's jobs.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in talking to you if you're:

An experienced Plumbing Supervisor looking for a strong pipeline of commercial projects and a long-term future.

OR

An experienced Commercial Plumber or Leading Hand who's ready to take the next step into supervision.

You don't need to know everything on day one.

You do need to be someone who:

• Knows commercial plumbing
• Takes ownership
• Can organise people and work
• Communicates well
• Sets high standards
• Earns the respect of the crew
• Identifies problems early
• Wants to keep developing

Why ICG Fleming?

This isn't a dead-end supervisor role.

ICG Fleming is part of ICG Construction Group, giving you exposure to significant commercial construction projects and an experienced broader construction team.

You'll get:

• A competitive salary package
• Company vehicle
• Long-term, secure pipeline of commercial work
• Support from an experienced Project Manager
• Genuine authority to run your site
• Training and support if you're stepping up from Leading Hand or Senior Plumber
• Career progression into senior supervision and project management
• The opportunity to develop apprentices and build your own high-performing crew
• Projects you can be proud to put your name to

Already doing more than your job title says?

You don't need to wait for someone else to decide you're ready.

If you're an experienced commercial plumber who is already leading people, solving problems and taking responsibility on site, this could be your opportunity to make the move into supervision.

And if you're already a proven Plumbing Supervisor looking for a business where you can have genuine ownership and build a long-term career, we'd like to talk.

Run the job. Build the team. Take the next step with ICG Fleming.
