Plumbing Sr Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced Plumbing Senior Project Manager to lead complex plumbing infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in construction management and plumbing systems will make a tangible impact on large-scale infrastructure developments.

Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale plumbing projects, including commercial and civil infrastructure works.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets effectively through cost control strategies and construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or ProCore.
• Oversee procurement processes, including contracts and subcontractor negotiations, ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate construction schedules with civil teams using Civil 3D and other construction plans to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Supervise construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, blueprint reading, and project documentation updates via Bluebeam or Prolog.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Manage change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of construction estimating, budget management, and cost control practices.
• Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret construction plans effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Effective communication skills for managing contracts, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
