We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead and oversee plumbing operations on residential and commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbers on construction sites, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards
• Manage construction estimating processes for plumbing projects to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines while maintaining quality standards
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices effectively in daily tasks
• Supervise field staff activities including troubleshooting complex plumbing issues on-site or in residential/commercial settings
• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to OSHA guidelines; oversee assembly of plumbing components as per specifications
• Ensure team members are trained in the latest plumbing practices including remodeling, handyman repairs, or specialized plumbing techniques
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and compliance reports
• Maintain clean vehicles that are stocked with necessary items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems; ability to interpret complex regulations for compliance purposes
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, pipe fitting assembly, and use of hand tools or power tools required for plumbing installation
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes including cost assessment for materials and labor
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving if required by project scope; ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during project planning and execution
• Previous experience in remodeling or handyman services is a plus; ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
