About The Role We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber / Plumbing Supervisor to perform and oversee plumbing work across service, new commercial, and new residential construction projects .

The role will supervise apprentices and journeymen, ensure work meets plumbing codes and quality standards, assist with inspections, and review larger commercial and new-construction projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and service work.
• Oversee apprentices and journeymen and help manage field crews.
• Review plumbing work on commercial and residential new construction projects.
• Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and assist with inspections when required.
• Review project plans, plumbing work, and installation quality.
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Help troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews.
• Work with management to maintain proper licensing and project compliance.

Main Requirements

• Current Oklahoma contractor/plumbing license in good standing.
• Experience in plumbing service, new commercial construction, and new residential construction.
• Proven ability to supervise plumbing crews, apprentices, and journeymen.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and inspections.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company background requirements.
• Willingness to work under the company's contractor license requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining company quality standards.
