Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor (MEP – Plumbing)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our MEP team in Dubai. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate all plumbing installation and maintenance activities on construction / fit-out / maintenance sites, ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing works at the site (installation, testing, and commissioning).
• Ensure all plumbing activities are carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and details; guide plumbers and helpers accordingly.
• Manage and lead a team of plumbers, pipe fitters, and helpers; allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, civil teams, and other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and work progress; report daily updates to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
• Inspect plumbing installations (water supply, drainage, soil & waste, sanitary fixtures, irrigation, etc.) and ensure proper workmanship.
• Identify and resolve site-related plumbing issues; raise RFIs and coordinate solutions with engineers/consultants.
• Ensure proper installation, pressure testing, flushing, chlorination, and handover of plumbing systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules, site safety procedures, and company quality standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, test reports, material requests, and progress reports.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical / Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 1**–2 years** of experience as a Plumbing Supervisor / Foreman in MEP construction projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems: water supply, drainage, soil & waste, sanitary fixtures, testing & commissioning.
• Good understanding of UAE plumbing codes and regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and shop drawings independently.
• Experience supervising teams on construction / fit-out / maintenance sites.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (for reports, emails, WhatsApp coordination, etc.).
• UAE driving license and current UAE residence are preferred.
