该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities： Oversee end-to-end clinical trial delivery, ensuring all milestones meet on schedule and within budget, via planning, organizing, and executing. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including medical, site management, data management, biostatisticians, and supply chains to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. Conduct vendor management to ensure timely and qualified delivery, including selection, contracting, and daily oversight. Ensure trials comply with GCP, regulations, and local ethical requirements. Not only China CDE, but also FDA, EMA, or any other applicable regulatory. Ensure the study conduction always meet with inspection readiness. Proactively identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve deviations or issues to maintain data integrity and patient safety. Qualification/Requirements： Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pharmacy or medical related.

At least 7 years of clinical experience.

At least 2 years of study management experience. Good to have study management experience abroad. Good learning and communication skills, effective time management and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Written English capable. Oral English capable
