PM - Condition - Based Maintenance Engineer

Overview: Predictive Maintenance Ltd., Ireland’s leader in industrial diagnostics and reliability solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a Level 7 qualification or a strong mechanical trades background. Working on-site at customer facilities, monitoring equipment health using advanced technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and motion amplification.

Key Responsibilities

• Condition Monitoring & Data Collection:
• Perform routine inspections and collect data on rotating and static equipment.
• Use tools for vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound leak detection, and motion amplification.

Equipment Setup & Calibration:

• Install and calibrate sensors and monitoring devices.
• Ensure proper functioning of monitoring equipment and maintain accurate records.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Upload collected data to central systems for analysis.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance with ISO and safety standards.

Customer Interaction:

• Represent Predictive Maintenance Ltd. professionally during site visits.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding schedules and basic observations.

Continuous Development:

• Participate in training programs to advance technical skills in predictive maintenance technologies.
• Support senior engineers on complex diagnostics and troubleshooting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 7 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or strong mechanical trades background.
• Solid understanding of rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
• Interest in predictive maintenance technologies (training provided).
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings (P&IDs, mechanical assemblies).
• Full clean driving license and flexibility to travel extensively.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) and attention to detail.

Location: Based in Navan/Kells Area (travel across Ireland)
