Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, braising pans, poaching stations, and food prep tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with creating daily specials, soups by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines.
• Follow food safety protocols, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques, to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Contribute to food production during peak hours by managing high-volume meal preparation while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking methods.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely.
• Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food safety management practices.
• Knowledge of food industry standards including sanitation procedures, high-volume production processes, and catering operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
