Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are consistently followed
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely and exceptional dining experiences
• Support the team in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation during busy periods

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook or similar role
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work full-time hours during the seasonal period, including weekends and holidays
