PM Dock Worker/Forklift Operator

PM Dock Worker/ Forklift Operator
Induction Hardware | Reno, NV | In-Person | Full-Time
Monday–Friday · 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $20–$25/hour + overtime after 40 hours

THE OPPORTUNITY

Induction Hardware is scaling fast, and every range, hood, and refrigerator we sell leaves through our dock. We design premium all-electric appliances, made with 100% renewable energy, built to be repaired rather than replaced, and shipped to homes across the country.

We need a reliable, safety-first forklift operator to own our PM shift and make sure every order reaches the customer in perfect condition. Our appliances are big, heavy and premium, and some weigh up to 500 lbs, so care matters as much as speed. This is not a “just move boxes” role. We want someone who takes pride in getting it right.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Loading & unloading: freight trucks and shipping containers, inbound and outbound
• Forklift operation: move, stage, and store pallets and large appliances safely
• Receiving: check incoming shipments against packing lists and flag any damage
• Outbound orders: wrap, label, and stage freight so it’s ready for pickup
• Dock organization: keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
• Team communication: keep the team updated so customer orders ship on time

YOU’RE THE ONE IF YOU…

• Have forklift experience (required)
• Have worked in a warehouse, on a dock or with freight
• Treat every product like it’s going into your own kitchen
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and know how to team-lift heavier items safely
• Show up on time, follow through, and don’t cut corners on safety
• Are the “whatever it takes” type, not the “what’s in it for me” type

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Health benefits after 6 months
• 401(k) with company match after 6 months
• Paid time off
• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with weekends off
