Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Make the whole plant equipment maintenance plan; continuously update the PM work instruction according to the equipment status, improve the PM plan downtime efficiency
• Develop mechanical design concepts and complete 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical documentation according to project requirements.
• Support the troubleshooting of complex production line equipment failures, lead continuous improvement initiatives for recurring issues, and drive sustained improvements in equipment OEE.
• Collect equipment failure information, organize team to carry out PM maintenance and planned maintenance.
• Develop predictive maintenance plan, introduce process detection methods, continuously improve control chart management, and organize implementation.
• Develop regional inspection forms and follow up daily performance of technician team.
• TPM work implement.
• Other related work arrangements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements And Preferred Skills

• Min. 5 years of experience in mechanical equipment design optimization, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven track record in equipment improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automation engineering.
• Electrician license required.
• Familiar with pneumatic/hydraulic/transmission system repair and maintenance.
• Familiar with Office, CAD software.
• Fluent English both in writing and reading is preferred.
