Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality food output.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
