We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a cook who values craft, consistency, and professionalism, and wants to work in a kitchen with clear standards, strong leadership, and room to grow.

You’ll be part of a disciplined brigade focused on execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Execute dishes accurately and consistently during service

Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and readiness

Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep procedures precisely

Communicate clearly with teammates and sous chefs during service

Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning duties

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times

Qualifications

Prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred (fine dining a plus)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure

Willingness to take direction and learn

Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as required
