We are looking for an experienced PM Manager to lead and develop our Project Management function while overseeing the successful delivery of strategic customer projects. This role combines project delivery, people leadership, portfolio management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee delivery across a portfolio of customer projects.
• Support governance, forecasting, budgeting and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery standards and methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience managing ERP, cloud, software, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience leading or mentoring Project Managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects successfully.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification is advantageous.
• JD Edwards or Oracle Cloud experience is desirable.
