As the Program Manager - Process Excellence , you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements that drive operational excellence and deliver measurable results. Following our success in the post-graduate programme, we are now launching the undergraduate programme on similar lines where leading executives from the industry will come and industry will come and teach our students the new-age in-demand skills in technology and business.responsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale process improvement programs and projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for process excellence.Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, design improvements, and implement solutions that drive organisation change.Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of process improvements.Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks associated with process excellence programmes.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and commitment to programme goals.Measure and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure sustainable outcomes.Continuously track industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance the organisations process excellence capabilities.Act as a change agent by promoting and driving the adoption of process excellence initiatives across the company.Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership on programme progress, challenges, and outcomes.
