About Us

Perle Mesta is an independent, chef-owned full-service restaurant located inside the historic Skirvin Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, led by James Beard Award–winning Chef Andrew Black. We offer an elevated yet welcoming dining experience, highlighting refined cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for professional and passionate Servers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your craft in a high-level dinner service environment and be part of a dynamic, hospitality-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver dishes with care and precision, ensuring proper pacing and presentation
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and confidently describe menu items and pairings
• Manage POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold Perle Mesta’s service standards and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual service preferred
• Strong communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and anticipate guest needs
• Familiarity with Agilysys POS or similar systems a plus
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and ALL holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and food

Pay: $7.25 - $45.00 per hour
