Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food handling safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
• Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

• Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate billing and cash handling.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for beverage service.
• Experience with Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Previous experience in the food industry or banquet services is advantageous.
