PM&R Physician

We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned group offering full-time or part-time positions with benefits.

The role involves providing medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term, assisted, and independent living settings, ensuring quality, compliant documentation, and participating in medical staff duties.

Responsibilities include collaborating with staff, supporting strategic plans, participating in quality assurance, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute or hospitalist settings, are licensed and board-certified/eligible, and possess strong judgment and attention to detail.
