About the role

Responsible for material requirement planning, material procurement, and inventory monitoring to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procurement schedules to prevent material shortages or inventory backlog
• Manage materials and inventory to avoid excessive stock or supply chain disruptions, optimizing inventory levels
• Coordinate and handle emergencies, respond to material delays or urgent orders, and collaborate across departments including business, procurement, and production units

Requirement:

• At least Form 6 or above
• Good Chinese reading and writing skills, general English reading and writing ability
• Responsible, diligent, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer operations in Chinese and English, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Kingdee)
