PMC Engineer

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1. 结合销售订单、产能及物料资源，制定并优化生产排程，提升订单交付率。
   Formulate and optimize production schedules based on sales orders, production capacity and material resources to improve order delivery rate.

2. 跟踪生产执行与物料耗用，快速处理物料短缺、生产延误等异常，协调跨部门协同作业。
   Track production execution and material consumption, promptly handle abnormalities such as material shortages and production delays, and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.

3. 建立标准化物料管控流程，精准核算采购需求，设定安全库存，实现物料供需平衡。
   Establish standardized material control procedures, accurately calculate procurement requirements, set safety stock levels, and balance material supply and demand.

4. 负责库存动态管控、定期盘点，分析库存周转率，专项推进呆滞料清理，压缩库存成本。
   Be responsible for dynamic inventory control and regular stocktaking, analyze inventory turnover rate, lead special projects to clear slow-moving materials and reduce inventory costs.

5. 完善 PMC 管理制度并监督落地，汇总相关业务数据，配合财务完成成本核算，合规遵守马来西亚当地相关法规。
   Improve PMC management systems and supervise their implementation, summarize relevant business data, cooperate with the Finance team to complete cost accounting, and fully comply with local laws and regulations of Malaysia.

任职要求 Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业；
   Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.

2. 五年以上制造业 PMC 从业经验，2 年以上主管管理经验，熟悉精密制造生产流程；
   Over 5 years of PMC working experience in manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years of supervisor management experience, familiar with precision manufacturing production processes.

3. 精通 ERP/MRPⅡ 系统，熟练掌握生产排程、物料核算、库存优化等专业技能；
   Proficient in ERP/MRPⅡ systems, skilled in professional capabilities including production scheduling, material calculation and inventory optimization.

4. 熟知马来西亚物资流通及库存管理相关法律法规，数据分析、跨部门沟通能力突出；中文沟通无障碍者优先。
   Familiar with laws and regulations on material circulation and inventory management in Malaysia, outstanding skills in data analysis and cross-department communication; candidates with fluent Chinese communication are preferred.
