PMC Executive ( Production & Material Control )

Responsibilities :

1.      根据生产计划编制每日/每周物料需求计划（MRP）。

Prepare daily/weekly material requirement plans based on production schedules.

2.      监控库存水平，确保物料供应充足且不造成过量库存。

Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient materials supply without overstocking.

3.      跟踪生产物料消耗情况，及时更新系统数据。

Track material consumption in production and update the system promptly.

4.      协调采购部门确保物料按时到位。

Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials.

5.      处理生产异常及物料短缺，提供解决方案。

Handle production issues and material shortages, providing effective solutions.

6.      编制库存报告、生产计划报表及未交货量分析。

Prepare inventory reports, production schedule reports, and backorder analysis.

7.      与仓库、生产及供应商保持紧密沟通。

Maintain close communication with warehouse, production, and suppliers.

8.      按照公司流程，执行物料盘点及库存核对。

Perform material counting and inventory verification according to company procedures.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Management/Others or above.

• Preferably with min 2–3 years experience of planning, or equivalent, experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Able to manage time effectively in a multitasking environment and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal departments and subcontractors.

• Mandarin speaker would be preferred to help communicate with HQ.
