PMC Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and material control to ensure timely delivery of finished goods while optimizing inventory levels and production efficiency. This role acts as the link between sales, procurement, production, and logistics to balance demand and supply, reduce lead times, and support business growth. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly plans are achievable and aligned with delivery commitments.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to address bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or material shortages. 2. Material Control & Inventory Management
• Lead team members to execute the material plan for all direct materials based on rolling production plan to finalize the monthly, weekly and daily purchasing plan，manage the change of material plan to be in line with demand change;
• Lead team members to manage purchasing orders of all raw materials, package materials, indirect materials and POP materials to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements;
• Settle and follow-up supplier quality issue in operation process and execute supplier performance review to identify the potential supply issue, and cooperate with sourcing team to improve the material availability and delivery stability;
• Cooperate with related functions on material delivery plan for new product development and material switch project;
• Buildup, coach and manage the material planning team with high professional, growing ability and result-orientation to comply the company’s business target. Requirements：
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in production planning, material control, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in electronics or automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skill.
• Strong skills in problem solving, decision making.
• Good initiative of work, self-driving, result oriented, proactive and confidence.
• Good English in writing and speaking.
• Overseas traveling or supporting to other plants of SAA is required.
