PMC Manager / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assume full responsibility for the daily management of the PMC department, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production planning and material planning teams.

2. Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders; formulate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Plan (MRP) to ensure on-time order delivery.

3. Coordinate material kit completeness, ECN-related material management, inventory control, and material loss management; optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolete/slow-moving stock.

4. Liaise with the procurement team to track material delivery schedules and resolve material-related issues, ensuring a stable supply of production materials.

5. Facilitate production-sales coordination; regularly organize meetings to balance production capacity with order demand and optimize production scheduling.

6. Manage planning and control for bonded, imported, and exported materials in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.

7. Oversee the building, training, performance management, and talent pipeline development of the PMC team.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Electronics, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience as a PMC (Production & Material Control) Supervisor in the server PCBA or broader electronics industry; proficient in the end-to-end processes of production planning and material control.

3. Extensive experience in order fulfillment, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and establishing PMC systems for new manufacturing facilities.

4. Proficient in ERP systems; knowledgeable about electronic component procurement cycles and PCBA production processes; fluent in both Chinese and English.

5. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination; experience with manufacturing operations in Malaysia is preferred.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
