PMC Senior Planning Engineer

We are currently recruiting for PMC Senior Planning Engineer role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at our client office with a possibility to move to offshore rotation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Role The Senior Planning Engineer (PMC) is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling integrated project schedules for ADNOC Offshore projects, ensuring alignment with ADNOC standards, project milestones, and contractual requirements. The role supports project delivery through effective planning, progress measurement, and reporting across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Desired Candidate Profile

Expected Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent) Minimum 15 years of planning experience in oil & gas projects At least 5+ years in a PMC role supporting ADNOC Offshore or similar operators Strong experience in offshore brownfield and greenfield projects Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning workflows Experience with progress measurement systems and schedule risk analysis Knowledge of ADNOC offshore execution methodologies is a strong advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in a multi-cultural, fast-paced project environment
