PMC Supervisor (6 Days work)

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily PMC (Production and Manufacturing Control) operations to ensure optimal workflow and productivity

• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met whilst maintaining quality standards

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, defects and downtime incidents

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff

• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation

• Manage inventory and material flow to minimise waste and delays

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

What we're looking for

• Master or bachelor's degree in management or related field.

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience within a manufacturing, production or logistics environment

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and manufacturing operations

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively

• Proficiency in reading technical documentation, blueprints and production schedules

• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure

• Strong communication skills in English and Thai

• Computer literacy and familiarity with production management systems and software

• Certification in supervisory management or manufacturing operations is advantageous
