该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NPI/NPD for home electrical products from ideation, concept to production.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk registers across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and compliance teams.
• Ensure designs comply with safety and performance standards; coordinate certification, including testing, non-conformance resolution, and obtaining regulatory marks.
• Oversee prototyping and validation phases, reliability testing, and DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Drive cost reduction (VAVE).
• Serve as primary technical liaison between stakeholders and customers.
• Track and communicate project status, open risks, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership. Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management experience in home electrical products or similar electro-mechanical consumer products.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, mold/tooling costs, certification expenses, and manufacturing transfer. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience leading stage-gate development processes.
• Strong background in/familiarity with DFM, DFA, DFMEA, DVT/PVT protocols, and reliability testing.
• Strong working knowledge of safety certification processes and codes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
