PMO Analyst / Business Analyst (Regional IT)

The PMO Analyst / Business Analyst will provide support to the Asia IT PMO (Portfolio Management Office) and Transformation team, helping manage the growing portfolio of regional technology transformation initiatives (including Enterprise Portfolio Integration, Core System Modernization, Demand Management, and People & Culture programs), increasing PMO capacity to handle business-as-usual activities while enabling the team to focus on strategic digital and AI-driven initiatives, and ensuring continuity of BI and reporting activities previously supported within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for Asia users on portfolio management processes and tools.
• Assist with PMO activities including budgeting, financial reporting, Anaplan-related processes, demand management, and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain and enhance Asia IT Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support user adoption and governance of Enterprise Portfolio Integration, ensuring project, financial, and value realization data is accurately maintained.
• Support Core System Modernization adoption activities across regional functions, including progress tracking and performance reporting.
• Track and report regional initiatives for People & Culture programs.
• Support and facilitate communication and change management across Asia regional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related technology functions, with MNC or regional experience within FMCG industry or Consultant firms/ Big 4 is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard development and reporting.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, or portfolio management processes is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
