Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Track actions, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies.
• Prepare MOMs and follow up on open actions.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Track service requests and coordinate with technical/support teams.
• Support customer meetings, governance calls, and documentation.
• Highlight delays, risks, and pending actions proactively.

Must-Have:

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Project coordination and follow-up experience.
• Good Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking skills.
• Basic knowledge of OCI or any cloud platform.
