PMO Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to oversee PMO operations, project governance, financial tracking, and resource administration across complex project workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMO operations, enforce project governance frameworks, organize governance meetings/steering committees, and maintain audit-ready documentation and decision logs
• Own project budgeting, financial tracking, variance analysis, and cost forecasting
• Support monthly financial closing, accruals, invoice verification, and resource cost planning in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams
• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and trackers
• Monitor milestones, schedules, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies to deliver regular executive-level status reports
• Coordinate resource onboarding/offboarding, maintain workforce leave and utilization trackers, organize stakeholder meetings, capture minutes, and manage project shared repositories

About you

• Proven track record in PMO, project coordination, or financial operations—preferably supporting large-scale government, public sector, or technology transformation programs
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and data analysis with high attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, dashboard creation)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, reporting software, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems is a plus
• Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, paired with excellent stakeholder management skills
