PMO Analyst

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support project management activities within the bank.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate with project managers and different teams.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and deadlines.
• Ensure project documents are properly maintained.
• Support PMO processes and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
• Banking or financial industry experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodology is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
